1. Eligibility

2. User Accounts
To make a purchase on ultrawide.lk, you are required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent activity or misuse.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfers
- Payhere (Online payments via credit card, debit card)
Payments must be completed before the shipment of goods. In the case of COD, payment is due at the time of delivery.
4. Shipping Policy
We offer local shipping within Sri Lanka only. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated during checkout and are based on your location. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery times may vary based on your location.
ultrawide.lk is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or public holidays.
5. Product Warranties
All new ultrawide monitors purchased on ultrawide.lk come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer, and we will assist you with any relevant documentation. Refurbished monitors are sold as-is and do not come with a warranty.
6. Returns and Refunds
For information on returns and refunds, please review our Refund Policy. Please note that refunds are only available for new monitors, and there are no refunds on refurbished monitors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ultrawide.lk shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on ultrawide.lk, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, and software, is the property of ultrawide.lk and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraudulent or abusive behavior, violation of these terms, or any activity that we believe compromises the integrity of our website or business.
