Thank you for visiting and shopping at ultrawide.lk. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Local Shipping
We currently offer local shipping within Sri Lanka only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (within Colombo): 2-3 business days
- Outside Colombo: 3-5 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, public holidays, or courier issues.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Damages
Ultrawide.lk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days for new monitors. Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. Please note that refurbished monitors are non-refundable.
